Amy chose massage therapy as a career to assist with pain and stress management while inspiring and
promoting wellness. In practice since 2000, Amy was certified through Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodyworks Sports and Deep Tissue program, then went on to become certified in Neuromuscular Therapy through Joanie Holst and theNMT Center. Amy is exceptionally invested in each of her clients; thoughtfully tailoring each session to suit the individual’s specific needs. Her approach is a careful blend of problem solving and pampering, ensuring your comfort is her top priority. With the understanding that the human body possesses an enormous, astonishing, and persistent capacity to heal itself, Amy seeks tofacilitatethis processby providing favorable conditionsfor repair and renewal. Massageisn’t just a job, it’s her passion, and she hopes that intent shows through her craft.
